This menu plan provides enough food for a 10 day / 9 night canoe trip for our family (2 adults and 1 child). When I pack for these trips I pack meals that are served hot, as well as cold, snacky meals that can be eaten on the go. I also bring contingency items in case we get wind bound and stay longer than planned, or for my daughter for when she dislikes what the adults are eating.
